I was really impressed by the service from these guys. The charging port on my Samsung s22 had been on the blink for some time and I hadn't got around to having it fixed due to fear of being without the phone. In the end I bit the bullet and called 1 Stop Solutions expecting a long repair time and hefty bill. As it turns out I needn't have worried. Hammad gave me a very reasonable price for a replacement charging port, and a new battery whilst I was at it, and conducted the full repair within two hours from dropping the phone off. The expression 5 star service is overused these days but in this case, entirely deserved.

I was really surprised when I saw so many good reviews. In fact, these guys can only replace a broken screen or restart your phone. For everything more serious they are absolutely useless. Zero solution.
Unfortunately I had a serious problem with my IPAD. These guys said that the diagnostic would take 3 hours and cost some money. In fact they kept my IPAD 4!!! days, without any results, any understanding, any ideas. They blamed me, that I didn’t provide all the passwords. Ridiculous!
Be careful with these guys.
Zero understanding, zero competitions, zero respect, zero stop solution.

Did a very poor job of replacing the screen on my iPad so that the button on the front no longer worked. Then said it wasn’t their fault! Do not trust these guys.

Additionally, spent days on the phone talking to the manager before and again after posting this review - the only result was that they would reduce the fee to fix the issue by £5!

Do I appreciate the business owner's response to my previous review. However, I would like to clarify my experience further.

When I collected the item, I only checked the part that was initially not working. I did not spend time reviewing other parts, as they were not the issue. I understand you believed I confirmed everything was working, but this was not the case. It is very frustrating not to be believed, especially when the item was not used and showed no signs of damage.

During the repair process, it seems the home button got trapped underneath the screen, causing the issue. While it was working, it was much lower than before, and when used, it sank even lower. I feel that more time should have been spent reviewing the issue, possibly getting a second opinion. Instead, I was left with a statement that it was working.

Overall, I found the experience very unprofessional and disappointing. The discount offered was not sufficient, especially for a part that was broken while you had the item. I would encourage everyone to use a different service provider. Do not trust!

5 star experience with Arun and One Stop Solution. Located in the heart of Beaconsfield New Town and so convenient to drop my laptop in to be fixed. Arun was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The service was amazing and I was impressed at how quickly Arun works, so much so that I took my cracked iPhone screen in to be repaired a few days later, again great, fast and reliable.
