Absolutely fantastic service from 19 Computing! I brought in my Xbox One X which had been overheating badly, and they cleaned it out thoroughly—dust-free and running like new. The overheating issue is completely gone. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. Best tech service I’ve been to in a long time. Super grateful for their help—highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately my PS5 HDMI port got damaged, and I was unable to use the PS5. I was thinking about getting a new one, when I found out about 19 Computing in Portsmouth, who do repairs on PCs and gaming consoles.. I thought I would give them a try.. What can I say?.. Very easy to find. Staff polite, and helpful. I was told, my PS5 would be fixed in 3-5 days. 3 days later, I got the call, telling me it was fixed...Great service. Would definitely recommend 19 Computing to friends and family...

I was introduced to 19 Computing through a former workplace who used them for IT support. Despite moving on from there to pastures new. I have continued to go to them for any personal computing needs.

I have an 85 year old computer-mad uncle to gets himself into all sorts of IT scrapes. I reached out to James who arranged a home visit and got him up and running again. On another occasion, James took my uncle’s computer away, repaired it and returned it to him.

On a personal and professional level, the help given to me by James and the team at 19 has been swift, reliable, totally trustworthy and good value for money.

I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them.

These people are the best.
Best,fare prices and quick as can be. No faffing around umming and arring like I got from other repair shops. They will fix your devices.
These people have been there for yearssssssss and there's a reason for that.
