I ordered a refurbished DL360 G7. The delivery was very fast (except the spanish delivery segment). The parcel was very well packaged. The server was in a very good condition and I am very satisfied, since it is very clean, well cared, and fulfill the expectations of being very quiet.
The customer care is superb: one of the four disks was noticiably degraded and they processed the replacement in the same day I notified after the server arrived.

I would recommend the seller to my friends and I definitely will buy again.

I bought a pc of these guys a few years ago. Just after the warranty expired the hdd died. After a dealing with an idiot I got to speak with the boss adam. Not only did he repair the pc 4 nothing but gave me a 1tb hdd cheap and this pc was just out of warranty. But they went above and beyond. Adam stays in touch to make sure things are working ok. Great firm. Fantastic value. Top guys to help. Apart from the gobby idiot who ft it nessecary to abuse a customer. He was dealt with and adam resolved my problem.

I bought a refurbished desk top and a refurbished laptop with Windows 7 pre-installed.

It turns out the product key is not recognised by Microsoft so I have a totally unusable laptop.

1st Technologies were about as helpful as a rubber crutch.
