I have just had the pleasure of meeting Jules, The Tech Fairy, who came to our home to help us with a few problems on our computer. I booked the appointment online, and Jules arrived exactly at the appointed time. . Not only did she rectify the issues we were having, but she also updated and cleaned everything up so the computer is now running perfectly with lots of safety measures in place. Jules is clearly extremely knowledgeable and competent, and she explained exactly what she was doing as she went along.
