I came to aGeek with my Nokia 7.2 that stopped charging after water ingress. It needed a new port - the diagnostic and repair turnaround was quick, had it back within a few days (part needed ordering in). They're really friendly to deal with and were responsive to my queries, and I like their online ticketing system to keep track of updates! Definitely recommend this place.

Great service, good pricing for high quality! I smashed my Pixel 7 Pro screen badly, took it to aGeek, they ordered the screen and have replaced it today, and I went for the option of the in-house special screen protector. Great guys!

I took my sons phone to get his smashed screen replaced. Very pleased with the service, explained everything in full before I agreed to go ahead. Was kept updated throughout, all checks carried out before they returned the phone to me. They were always available when I contacted them and when my son had slight issues with the phone post repair they got the phone straight back in and sorted it out and back to us within hours. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend if you are wanting a trustworthy, reliable repair service with great customer service.

I took my iPhone 8 in to get a cracked screen repair. I went to pick it up & was told they had broken the home button, when they was trying to replace the screen. They said they would fix it and call me. I explained to them this phone was to be gifted to someone and I needed it by a certain date and time. I was advised it will be done. It wasn’t done on time so I had to go and buy a phone to be gifted and I asked for my original phone back the way I have it them. They said they would return it with the home button broke. When I challenged this I was shouted at by the manager Nathan, he was very rude and refused to correct his error after them having my phone for over 5 days. I took a perfectly working phone to have a new screen and I have come away with a broken screen and broken home button, I cannot use this phone now. I have gone to trading standards, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The customer service is non existent.
