I have nothing but total praise for RXJ based on my experiences, which has been as follows:

*Firstly, I wasn't financially exploited for an expert to look at my laptop, compared to other places who charge you around £50 just to tell you what's wrong and what is needed!

*I have with all my gadget repairs, found that Russ is very tenacious and will explore all possible repair options, he has a genius, outside the box type of thinking and gives me sound advice so I can make an informed decision, as to how I want to proceed.

* Russ' expertise covers a multitude of different types of gadgets. I basically have a one stop shop for everything which really takes the thinking out of where, I have to take what, and where.

*Russ has always been accommodating in terms of turn around time for repairs as he understands that his customers need to limit the downtime whilst their items are being repaired.

* My latest laptop repair was half the price quoted elsewhere. Russ also added things to the repair which would help my laptop operate more effectively, and moreover, didn't even charge me for those additional sundry items!

All in all expertise, customer service, the reassurance of knowing you're not being ripped off and all at a good for value price.

Took an iPhone that was absolutely obliterated. Fixed for half of the price I was previously quoted. Works like brand new. Will be using for every technical item I need repairing.

Had a gaming headset and the Micro USB port had come loose resulting in it breaking off.
These guys not only were cheaper than anywhere else quoted locally (less than a 3rd quoted!!!) But the repair and new port was more secure and of better quality than the original!
Took less than a couple of working days to get the specific part in and repair.

Any PCB or small scale solder repairs, these are the guys to go to!
Would 100% recommend.

I’ve visited RXJ Communications on a couple of occasions first to get my partner a new battery for her iPhone and the day after to get my own iPhones screen replaced. The staff there were both friendly and helpful with both repairs been completed on the same day at a fare price. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend to others... ?

I sent my Microsoft touch pro here to get the screen fixed as it was cracked and now it looks better than it did when I first bought it and the staff are lovely too! 10 out of 10 recommend 🙂
