I dropped my laptop off on the 18/10 for a repair, paying £165 upfront after being told it needed a new board. After several delays, I got the laptop back on 2/11, only to realise the issue still wasn't fixed. I contacted the guy multiple times, and after another back-and-forth, I eventually received a refund on 9/12—almost two months later.

The lack of communication, endless excuses, and failure to resolve the issue in a timely manner were incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Pensioner needing my old laptop upgraded with a newer Windows version. Also needed some data transfered from another laptop. Took my laptop in mid morning and picked it up all fixed early afternoon same day. Very impressed and the charge was very reasonable. Will use them again.

This guy is amazing!
I contacted him this morning through messenger, to which he replied super quick I'd like to add, about fixing our Nintendo switch.
My young daughter removed a game card and tried to insert another one the wrong way around, which caused damage to the game card slot pins.
The price of a used game card slot with installation from this guy, plus two used joycons was such a bargain, it would of cost a hell of alot more if we would of got the products online or from CEX.
He managed to sort out our switch in the space of an hour or so from dropping it into the shop.
He also did such a kind act of waiting for us to pick our switch back up before he closed the shop while we were shopping in the town and didn't see his messages straight away saying the work was complete.

Popped in to see if they could fix my son's cracked ipad screen. Repair was done the following day and even managed to straighten the bend in the ipad at the same time. Very pleased would use again.

Terry was an absolute hero sorting out an issue with my gfx card. He slotted it in to his own rig and diagnosed the issue in no time. Great service. Excellent and fair pricing. Would recommend ?

Utterly rubbish experience. The chap had my son’s laptop for 4 weeks to replace the screen. After numerous excuses he finally told me it was fixed only to find it hadn’t been touched. Got my money back and won’t be using again. Avoid like the plague.
