The lifeline pendant is too big, like a Joe 90 square watch. The buzzer should be sunken but it’s not so my mum knocks it unaware and I have to go and check on her weekly for false alarms as she can’t answer the calls because her hearing is very bad. Causes distress day and during the night, terrible design for functionality. Apparently there’s no alternative pendant, it use to be smaller but now gone digital it’s now so much bigger and ugly.
