Matt Crump and I had a meeting booked, and Murphy's Law happened unexpectantly.

Matt Crump realised my Outlook was corrupted and was holding the up system. He quickly showed me how to set up a new profile and get it back running. Truth be said, Matt Crump thought I was putting him up for a test, but no, my system did a proper wobble.

So I had the best 121 where not only did Matt Crump and I continue to build our business relationship, but I got to experience Matt's magic first hand.
