Disappointed as a long-term customer on a print contract who has previously used them for IT support and some IT equipment.

We have had constant issues with software installation.
They expect you to manually input data so they can then invoice you.
We never hear anything from our sales or account manager.
The PC's and accessories they supply generally break or fail

After relocating our business 2 years ago we recently decided to choose a local firm for printing and to upgrade our printer. Approached ABC to arrange termination of contract and found them extremely difficult to deal with. General impression is that for small business' like ours they just want your money and don't really care.. ever other supplier we use is approachable and flexible, ABC most definitely were not. They promised to be reasonable but went back on their word!

Used these guys for cleaning our server rooms in Crewe, very impressed with level of professionalism and quality of the work undertaken. The rooms had over 15 years worth of dust and dead flies thanks to poor filtration. Now filtration is fixed, ensuring a totally clean environment for new sensitive equipment is essential.

Would recommend this team for any IT room or even office computer cleaning.
