We have recently begun to use ThinkSmart Software Dance Biz. The customer support team have been extremely helpful in advising us on the initial set up, problem solving and troubleshooting as we got to grips with the system. Questions are queries are always responded to quickly and digital resources have been made available to support staff training. Our Artists have found the App to be user friendly for taking registers. We are still getting to grips with some of the functions of the system but we know that help is only an email away.
