Sadly, my experience has not been the 5 star service I was expecting. At first Tim was very professional and I was hopeful that after many years of work my business would be getting the website we’d been working so hard towards. Sadly not long after starting and after paying money to a deposit, Tim has become impossible to contact. Finally after months of no answer and requesting that my deposit be returned, I received a video on the “progress” that had been made while he has been unreachable. What I was shown is far from the professional standard we’d been promised. The website was basic and incomplete and a far cry from the reviews I’ve read. I don’t know where the quality past customers have spoken of has disappeared to but I would advise anyone thinking of using Tim Lord to deeply think again. This has cost us a lot of time and money and has set back our operations at such a pivotal point in our businesses history. So much trust had been placed in Tim and his Company and it is deeply saddening and upsetting that this is the service we have received. IF YOH VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY STAY WELL AWAY!!!
