Cannot recommend Fresh Digital Media highly enough! Mark took the time to listen to what I was struggling with and then offered several options to solve my problems. He talked me through everything with clarity, answered all of my questions with patience (!) and offered appropriate support at every stage. Not once did I feel under pressure to 'buy' from Fresh Digital Media, but genuinely felt that he had the best interests of my business at heart. I recently attended Marks course about improving your website and online presence. I don't have a background in website development or online marketing, but I found the course fascinating with so many easy and practical steps to increase brand awareness. Mark doesn't baffle you with IT spiel, instead his interactive style and personable approach encouraged everyone on the course to contribute irrespective of their experience. This course was great value for money too.

If you know absolutely nothing about Google, Bing, creating a "Google my business page" and perhaps social media generally - get in touch with Mark. Patience of a Saint!
I really knew practically nothing when we started our consultation. So many basic questions I had! All answered in layman's terms with a smile.
He is hugely knowledgeable and very qualified.
By the end, I had two pages of notes, loads of ideas and things I needed to complete in order to run a successful Google based campaign.
