System is full of bugs and glitches, with little to no urgency to resolve business critical and regulatory risk issues caused.

Leadership is lacking and shows no empathy to the impact caused as a direct result of system issues.

I worked for a large globally recognised membership organisation. The implementation of the CRM by various ClearCourse companies was appalling. Poorly skilled resources, bad software dev processes and QA and inept management only interested in blame culture. Avoid this company.
