We had great service from Maincoms from start to finish. They were patient went through everything with me, with their main aim being to get us the best deal possible. They were transparent about pricing and the nice thing is there is always someone to ready help you on their helpline. The equipment is easy to use, the installation went very smoothly and they delivered everything they promised.

Maincoms have provided and hosted our phone system as well as our broadband for several years now. They were initially a recommendation and it's no wonder. They also provide similar services to our customers and are always on the other end of the phone when support is needed.

A couple of them have been particularly helpful; Sarah has been great at helping with various queries including speed tests and diagnostics on lines. Dan has been valuable when it comes to knowledge and hands on support with routers, phones and networking.

When we saw the advert for Maincoms and spoke to James we were sceptical as main stream telecom companies had failed to deliver, it all felt too good to be true. However, from the first meeting with James through to installation with Daniel, all of the team at Maincoms have delivered exceptional service!
