I am very pleased to say that Adept IT Solutions came to my rescue very quickly and efficiently in early October. My PC and WhatsApp had been hacked (an absolutely awful experience). I was unable to find any responsive IT company so I contacted the firm that I usually use in Cape Town, South Africa (Complete Computer Solutions in Somerset West) and much to my surprise, they gave me a telephone number in Norwich for Adept IT Solutions. It was an enormous relief to be able to actually speak with someone on the other end of the line as opposed to the wretched auto-responses saying “leave a message”. I duly interacted with James who worked on my laptop on the Friday and Monday and all was resolved on the Tuesday morning.

Reported my computer problem on January 16th at 1204 hours, Engineer attended at 1615 hours, within five minutes he had identified the cause, ten minutes later my system was up and running. Superb and courtious sevice, the Engineers aproach and manner was first class. I. will never hesitate to call for their assistance again if needed. Thank you most sincerely for your services.

Adept have completely revolutionised our jumbled workspace with complicated emails and IT by setting us up Microsoft 365 for business, meaning we now have a smooth running office with everything safely in the cloud too. After difficulties finding an IT company to suit us everyone at Adept has been so responsive and done everything we have required. Fairly priced, communication the whole way through the process and have been on hand for any IT issues we've had with work PC's and Laptops too as well as assisting us in the purchase of a new PC for work use. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
