Our (charity) organisation has been with OLCO for years, design and managing the hosting of our website. The service has always been good, we have seen no need to change. Recently there was a temporary glitch with our website out of hours, during a busy period for us. I emailed OLCO, expecting response the next working day, but was surprised to get a detailed reply with analysis that same evening. There was also plan laid for action should the glitch recur. It didn't recur, either wasn't going to, or because of measures taken by OLCO. Overall this response was more prompt and more detailed than I reasonably expected and maintained our website throughout our busy period.
It's rare we have problems with our website, or need additional support from OLCO, but if/when we do the response has always been prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

I chose Olco Design as I needed 5000 leaflets printing at short notice. Olco Design not only turned this around but offered options of how to get the leaflets delivered quicker to the event venue.
