Alex was so helpful in offering advise as to what laptop & printer would suit my circumstances the best. He was very honest, polite and professional. And kept me informed every step of the way as regards my order and when he was able to come and install the products. I just wish I had found him sooner.

This is my second time asking Alex to help me with some technical advice and once again I cannot fault him. He first built my PC, taking into account the games I'd play and what I'd be using it for - that was roughly 4.5-5 years ago. Recently, I wanted to upgrade my PC to meet up with the new games and new desires I wanted the PC to deliver. Alex gave me a number of options of upgrades which gave me the option of choosing exactly what it is I wanted. Once I had picked my desired option I dropped my PC off and 3 days later, returned to it working perfectly, with all of the packaging for the parts I had requested, should it be needed for insurance. Alex is very personable and eager to ensure that you get exactly what is that you want - I would highly recommend to anyone, with or without tech experience. Thanks Alex!

Alex was superb. Tried everything to solve my inexplicable problem with ftp from my obsolescent web editing software before resorting to reinstalling Windows. He even set up some apps for me. Then he came back out again almost immediately when I had managed to screw up the new installation. I couldn't have been more impressed. Nice guy too!

AJ Computing have provided an excellent service, expert knowledge, and at a very reasonable price!

My computer is way too big to take anywhere, and I'd struggled to find anyone willing to come out and take a look - until Alex from AJ Computing came along.

Alex was flexible in when he could arrive, turned up on time and took the care and patience to keep me updated as he was working as to what was going on and what we might do to fix it.

The price was incredibly reasonable and when I inevitably need more support, AJ Computing will be my first point of call.

An absolutely solid 5/5 and comes wholeheartedly recommended.
