I recently visited Hailsham Technology to replace both a screen for my laptop and a battery for my iPhone. I was impressed by their service from the start, they had the parts I needed in stock. The team was able to complete both repairs in under an hour, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what they do.

My laptop screen looks perfect, and my iPhone battery is working like new with the fresh battery. I highly recommend them for any tech repairs!

This is the second time I have called in for advice and service.
Both times just confident great service. Great advice that saved me being taken for a ride.
Sorted out my laptop there and then. my phone there and then on a different day . My computer the same day service thought I have done a lot of virus damage but they just sorted it out. My computer now runs very fast had forgotten how it should have run . Re arranged my virus protection all is well.
A nice company to deal with.

Popped in a few weeks ago as my phone had stopped charging.
I was down to under 10% charge but unfortunately my phone was at the end of its life. The guys didn’t try and charge me unnecessarily, they managed to get it charging intermittently and advised a wireless charger would be my best option short term whilst I sorted a new phone out.
I was panicking as all my banking and business admin is done via my phone and with no way to charge I thought I’d be high and dry.
I appreciated their honest advice and help to tide me over rather than just taking my money.
I’ll use this shop for any service I need that they provide and would definitely recommend

I have used Hailsham Technology three times now and everytime they have been brilliant! They always sort my problem with phone, straight away whilst I wait and always giving honest advice and for a fraction of the cost I have been quoted at the Apple Store!! The last time I went in with a damaged screen they replaced it with a new one under warranty and wouldn’t charge me anything!
I recommend to everyone!!

I recently used Hailsham Technology for a data transfer between two Samsung handsets. The transfer also involved a private and business SIM set up.

I called the day before, and was told to visit the shop the following day to ensure the right member of staff was on site.

The following day I visited the shop and spoke to George. George could not have been more helpful. Patient and polite, George got the job done within the estimated time frame. George also helped me finish off the set up when I returned for collection.

George's efficiency meant that disruption to my working day was kept to a minimum. I was happy to pay £30.00 for the service provided.
