Having used the services here in the past, I recently called in to have a larger print done. I also needed to have it framed. Richie always provides great customer service was on hand to help. The frame I required was out of stock, and a new delivery was due in the next day.
On returning a couple of days later, Richie had the print all framed up and ready for me to collect. A first class service as always at the Bishop Auckland Store. Thank you.

Had three films developed, took a couple of weeks but very happy with the outcome. Four stars due to not recieving a call they were done, minor point but they said they would, other than that fantastic, the guys working there were very professional and had a good chat.

Normally if you get the right person there is not much problem
But this morning I went for a booked photo shoot and it took them nearly all morning to try and download them to my email, but also tried 2 other methods.
I wouldn't mind normally but we previously organised and explained what we wanted, my wife spent some time putting on makeup and dressing in her New dress , she was so excited as it was supposed to be her photo shoot for her birthday, she left the Darlington store in tears as the photos were of very poor quality and although we were offered more photos for the length of time it took was shocking, for a company who are supposed to be experts I expected better service than what I received

Ordered an A4 calendar, the girl in the shop helped me prepare it. On receipt found that the quality was shocking, and pictures o bad, it had to be replaced resulting in a late Christmas present, would not use again.

Spoilt mainly because they didn't accept card payments and I had to go back home for cash. Not cheap but it gets the passport photograph job done quickly and efficiently. Nice staff member.
