After building my PC I ran in to a boot problem. After a day of troubleshooting I just couldn’t figure out the problem.
Solent Way Computers were great in their diagnostic, and pointed me in the right direction to get the issue resolved.
Reasonably priced and a quick turnaround despite being busy. I’ll definitely go to them again if I get stuck.

Excellent service from a great local business. Needed to replace very old Windows 10 laptop, purchased new replacement Windows 11 laptop, new security added and all licences transferred as required.

Needed my Chillblast Fusion Commando PC cleaned up, sorted with up-to-date Windows and rubbish cleared out that I didn't need. Spoke with Nigel initially who took his time talking through what they would do and didn't rush the phone call. They met the loose deadline I set to get my PC back and talked me through what I could delete and moved my music from C to I drive. Excellent communication skills, excellent service and a remote little tweek that needed to be done when I got home. Can't fault this company and would recommend 100% percent.

I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Solent Way Computers.

I decided to upgrade my machine from Windows 8 to Windows 10. During the process I experienced many issues which resulted in a machine that would not boot at all. I decided to take my machine to Solent Way Computers for them to help. I was able to drop my machine in the same day.

After some diagnostic tests they ascertained that my machine could not be upgraded as it was too old. In addition to this they managed to secure and recover all my data from the corrupted raid hard drives.

They then provided me with fantastic advice on purchasing a new machine and suggested alternative storage methods for my data.

I received fantastic customer service during this experience and would highly recommend Nigel and his team to anyone. Thank you for recovering my data!

They are a great team and have provided a high level of service, taking away IT anxiety and stress from me. This is from providing a completely new system and printer to answering queries, however, small. The team responds quickly and effectively, whether contact is made by ‘phone, email or the online contact form on Solent Computers’ web site. Their remote support service is brilliant. The workshop is easily accessible and there is plenty of free parking. At my last visit I took my 90-year-old mother and Callum was attentive and responsive to her specific needs in supplying, setting up, and explaining use of a Lenovo tablet with which she is very pleased.

Absolutely superb service - being of a “certain age”(late 70s) who is not confident with computers and easily panicked, the support and advice received was second to none. Having my emails hacked and an ailing computer was a disaster, but Tyler and his colleagues were superb. Following their advice, I now have a new computer and new monitor and it has not broken the bank!

Everything was explained and demonstrated in a simple but not condescending manner and following an online support session, I am now on my way. Thank you.
