Always fast, reliable and friendly service. Mikkie Ford has been a great help recently, as well as Jeremy and Corbin in the past too. I'm sure I'm missing someone but I have never had bad service from SOTS, and they have always worked out any problems we have had.

After quite the run around by other service providers I was connected with Harvey Osborne at SOTS. The issue I was struggling with wasn't really related to SOTS service offering but Harvey still took it on board and researched it from a technical angle. He gave me some great insight into what could be causing the issue and who he felt would be in a position to resolve it for me. That insight guided me in the right direction and I had the issue resolved very quickly. Harvey gets Five Stars for taking ownership of an issue that wasn't his and Ten Stars for caring enough about client relationships to still help resolve it. Thanks Harvey and SOTS for hiring Harvey.

I was encouraged to consider SOTS by our Database provider and engaged with an open mind. I happened to be in the area so visited their offices to get a feel for the business and felt comfortable with the fit (scale/culture and service/fee proposition). Two weeks in and wow! Phoebe is great - she is a delight, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, but know her limits and seeks inout from other when required, speaks in plain, non geaky (for the less technical) language and is eager to help and always super available - a real asset to the SOTS business! Hats off also to Harvey, another great asset to the business - I feel we are in safe hands. Keep it up please (my need is great) or watch for the next post!!? 🙂

Mikkie is a legend! Recently I had problems with connection and he was the one who was assisting with my issue. I rang about 3, 4 times claiming the same problem during the day and he patiently and successfully was resolving the issue every time! The staff at SOTS are always on it. Very helpful, very friendly and quick to act. They never make you feel stupid for having a simple problem either!

The SOTS team are excellent at problem solving and the speed of contact and resolution is impressive. Today my issue wasn't straight forward, but Mikkie persevered and got to the root of the problem which is now all fixed. They are a great team
