I had an absolute mare with spilling water all over my laptop, and it was 4pm on a Tuesday, and with my whole business being on there - with lots of paid virtual sessions and meetings happening the following day, I was having a panic! I called Octotech straight away and they were brilliant - they called me to their offices straight away and sorted me a brand new laptop and transferred everything over from my old one before it was too late! I even had to take my 4 year old son down with me and they were so patient with him. Everything was transferred over and sorted by 5.30pm - which I then happily skipped home knowing that business could continue as normal. The customer service, efficiency and speed was second to none - I would recommend Octotech in a heartbeat because they literally saved me! Thank you so much!

The Octotech team are fab and I couldn't be without them! I have no idea when it comes to buying, setting up and even using IT equipment, if you are like me Octotech is just what you need! I have regular support from Nick and Harry - from setting up my PC, getting my company emails up and running to little enquiries when things are working or I can't do something. We have recently gone form a single computer to adding a second. Harry was so patient with us as he taught us how to use it and all remotely. I love the way the answer our queries and pop online to help out in super quick timing. Such a valuable resource to our business!

Owning a Virtual Pinball Machine which I purchased just over 4 years ago but knowing nothing about the Electronics etc that make this big bad boy work I was completely stumped as to know who to contact when it wasn't working as the business that sold it to me didn't give a hoot !
Initially I spoke to Harry before then Matt called me to arrange a time to come and check it all out.
All I can say is that by one further visit later and then a further visit later that afternoon it was all working and I couldn't be any happier with the great service provided.... Thank you Team Octotech and Special thanks to Matt !!
