I found Rob on Google as I needed someone local to fix my laptop. Communication was great right from the start, told me upfront the costings and how long it may take. Updated regularly. Rob collected and returned my laptop - (who does door to door service these days - amazing!) All fixed in a couple of days. FANTASTIC service and will 100% use again and highly recommend. Extremely efficient and helpful service. I had a hard drive fail on my MacBook and was worried I'd lost everything. My laptop was collected and returned within four days, fully operational. I received regular text messages while it was being repaired updating me on progress, including the status of overnight recovery software to save my files and suggesting repair options. It was fitted with a reconditioned hard drive (I was offered the option of a new one too) and a new external back up system. The final cost was significantly less than I had expected. Often when dealing with computer technicians it is easy to feel they speak a different language! That wasn't the case at all, it was a pleasure dealing with them and I am genuinely delighted with the work they've done. I am very pleased to recommend them without any hesitation.
