A bit pricey. They had delayed getting my screen part for my devices (their projected timeline was off) but the repair is good and screen seems to be working for the time being. I appreciated their customer-oriented service - they always picked up when I called and repeated checked with the technician for updates.

Fantastic and quick service! I would highly recommend coming here to get your iPhone fixed as it only took 1 hour! a lot quicker and more understanding than other places I've been to in Oxford, who quoted me 8 days or more to actually get the phone repaired along with a hefty cost!

Excellent service. Fixed my water damaged laptop in less than 24 hours. Was very professional throughout the process. Charged less than the competition and promised to charge nothing if the problem could not be fixed. Need to remove one star since was still not working after the fix.

Last year I fixed my laptop there. Despite asking them many many times to not to wipe all my data, i still got my laptop back with nothing. i genuinely thought they did their best job to try. They also installed a new window and charge me £60, but actually they gave me a trial window licence and now it expires and I need to buy new licence again. They just scammed me.

Contacted the team this morning and was treated politely on the phone call and able to book a time to bring my phone to the St Aldates branch.
Apostle welcomed me and asked what he could do to help me today.
I had a smashed screen on my iPhone. He quoted the price and that the phone screen should be possible to be replaced within the hour.
The screen was replaced within half an hour and contact made with me to collect it .
The whole experience was top rate.

Very professional, efficient and expertly done. Sunny was very friendly and helped solve my software and processing issues. What would have taken Apple probably a week or two to do, Sunny was able to do for me in 4 hours. I appreciate all the help that he provided and am very happy with my experience. If I have any issues with technology in the future I will definitely revisit. Thanks!!
