GI have implemented the frontend for the design we have created for a common customer, and they have recreated their backend. The project was a highly complex data analytics platform. Working with GI was simply great. During the design phase they supported us by coming up with solutions to make our UX ideas technically feasible - we were in fact surprised that they found solutions for everything we wanted to do, because we really pushed the boundary and the complexity of the customer's data structure didn't make it easy. When it came to implementation they did an excellent job at implementing the design - I really saw that their team is highly qualified and that the devs understand the intention behind the design and how it's going to help the user. In summary: as developers they understand the business and user goals, and then use their expertise to come up with solutions to achieve that. Sounds like what all developers should do, but it is rare to work with someone who truly achieved that in practice. Would love to work with them again.
