I joined Tuffcore at the end of July and have loved every minute since. Igor and Agata are both professional, knowledgeable coaches who push you to do your best. The ladies have all been so welcoming, friendly & encouraging. We have the best laughs whilst working super hard towards our goals.

The sessions are enjoyable, and both Igor and Agata are excellent coaches. The app for booking sessions is also very user-friendly.

8 strong weeks and it's one of my highlights of 2024. There are ladies of all ages who are just as strong and lovely as the coaches who push you to challenge yourself. I liked that I am working out in a group. We start with warm ups and go about doing exercise in pairs for an hour. Absolutely loved leg day on Wednesdays. Coach Igor is a bit crazy but nevermind😂. Gym is great, got facilities ,is clean and festive too. There are online workouts on tuffcore YouTube as well. I checked out reviews just like everyone before joining so if you are reading this then fill that form, get in touch with coach Igor,checkout the gym and decide to join.

I started at Tuffcore just over a year ago on the 6 week programme. I loved it so much and got so much out of it that I just carried on, I can't imaging going anywhere else and it's kept me going (and sane) through quite a tough year! The coaches (Igor, Agata, Travis) really know their stuff and are amazing at knowing what you need to make progress, what you're capable of (more than you realise!) and also looking after any individual needs you have. They give 100% of their energy, so even though you're in a group you always end a session feeling like you have had some personal attention and encouragement to achieve your own goals. I'm in my late 50's and feel the fittest and strongest I have felt in my life! And then there is the lovely community of women who make up Tuffcore, we're supportive of each other in so many ways, keeping our energy and focus up in sessions, recognising each others vulnerabilities and achievements and making it fun and welcoming. The mental and emotional benefits are great too. Whatever I'm feeling when I go into a session, I always come out feeling better - I cannot recommend Tuffcore enough!! Go for it!
