I would highly recommend Harrison IT Services. I was experiencing WiFi connectivity issues to my home office which is located in the extension of my house. As I work from home a lot I was desperate for a solution. John came out to see me immediately, clearly explained the solutions in a way I would understand, recommended the kit which would best and gave a very reasonable quote then and there. John carried out the work at a weekend to enable me to get back to working from home quickly, installing an external data cable to my home office. He was very friendly and professional, even making sure he tidied up as he worked. John made sure everything was working efficiently and at the correct speeds before leaving. I am very happy that the problem is fixed and that John is at the other end of the phone should I have any queries or future IT issues. Many thanks!

We'd cabled our home a few years ago, but never got around to finishing the job off, leaving cables hanging out of walls and a dodgy patch panel serving the few sockets we had managed to finish. So we called Harrison IT to see if they could help us tidy all this up, and John paid us a visit the very same night for an initial assessment. He provided a quote there and then (a very reasonable price given the state of our setup), and a couple of weeks later he carried out the job itself. A very friendly, professional service (he wore a mask throughout) and John was more than happy to share nuggets of knowledge as he went about the task at hand. Very happy with the end result. I called John wanting to move and repurpose a cable that ran from my BT master socket to a patch panel, and instead use it for data. We had a good conversation covering many of the aspects involved and he followed this up over the following days, this was most welcome due to the geographical distance between us. The upshot is that he helped talk me through getting a cable wired up from patch panel to a shiny new data module next to the phone socket.

John is very knowledgeable about all things networking, and I would have no hesitation in calling again should I ever have a data network need. I will also not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who cares to ask.
