Many thanks for attending to our old and broken aerial connection at short notice. You gave a quotation over the phone for a probable fix based on my description and also a price for a booster if our signal was not strong enough, which we didn't eventually need but was good to know in advance.
The repair took no more than 45 minutes in total, which included clearing up all debris and testing the reception and signal strength. You took the utmost care not to damage any adjoining surfaces - I was very impressed.
The three of you were polite and friendly and obviously know your job because you were so efficient - an exceptionally well coordinated team.

We contacted digital solutions to mount our new TV to keep it out of the reach of our autistic toddler. Mike and the team were fantastic and were able to fit us in quickly and for a great price.
Everything was installed in double quick time and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

I have to say what a superb job the lads made putting my television on the lounge wall today. They introduced themselves explained what was happening and soon got to work. All the way along they kept the lounge clean and even wore shoe covers. They had a cup of tea and found a solution to get the aerial to the televisions new position. The job was soon completed and they even offered to move furniture for me. Well done Digital Solutions I can highly recommend your workmanship and advice on the bracket and television settings

I was very happy with Digital Solutions excellent service. My TV was up on the wall above my fireplace very quickly. They provided very good advice and reassurance answering any worries I had about wall mounting a 55” TV in this location. Very much recommend them.

We have used Digital Solutions twice to fit a new ariel and wall mount tv's in various rooms around the house and they have been fantastic on both occasions.
Turned up at the time arranged, very friendly lads, very tidy as they worked and solved a couple of issues with cabling etc so everything looked spot on when they were done.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get this type of work done.

Just before Christmas, due to heavy winds, my tv aeriel blew down. I rung this company, and as aeriel had been up fair number of years, and would have had alot of bashing in the wind. I agreed would be best to have a replacement. They arrived on date agreed, and offered telephone call 30 mins before arriving. They were friendly, polite and courteous throughout, (Mike, Geoff, and Alan), and wore protective covering, on their feet to avoid bringing in any dirt. After job was done, they checked my tv, to make sure connection with all channels. Im very happy with service provided. I highly recommend this company!
