We bought a laser cutter from Mantech last year as a project we were embarking on would require a lot of cutting and farming out would make it too expensive. We didn't want to buy straight from China as we were worried about inferior parts and warranties etc. Comparatively to other companies based in the UK Mantech were much more reasonably priced.

We have been been using the Laser constantly for a year and its a proper work horse! Customer service has been brilliant..only had the air pump pack up and another was sent straight away. It has been brilliant and so is the service provided. the images attached are of the project and ALL of it was cut on our machine...even the clouds inner workings.

Superb Service from start to finish from Mantech UK Ltd. I had been wanting to buy a CNC machine for a while and decide to finally take the plunge. I did my research into various companies for the type of CNC machine I wanted and was impressed with the reviews about Mantech and the fact that they have been around a good few years now. From the initial phone call and visit up to their impressive factory to have a demo of the machine, to the installation day, nothing was too much trouble. The installation at our factory was a tad tight for access into the room so they had to remove the motors and shrouds before delivery, again not a problem for them, they were more than happy to accommodate. Turnaround time from deposit to delivery was quick considering the Christmas break as well. The engineer that set up the machine was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions we had whilst he was doing the install. The training he gave on the day was clear and straight forward (although we did forget a couple of steps when we tried to get it doing a test run the next day !!). A quick call back to Mantech and Aaron, who was my original contact, ran me through the steps again and the machine was up and running in a matter of minutes. The machine has only been in for a week, so its early days, but so far all fine and cutting away. Overall, I have been impressed with the service and the quality of the machine at the price level it is and the extra security of a 12-month warranty as well. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a CNC router at a reasonable price with a quality back up service. Thanks again to the team at Mantech, best regards, Phil

Fantastic equipment from a fantastic company! Our university workshop laser unit is over a decade old and is still in perfect working order, despite working at full capacity every day. We were so pleased with Mantech that we recently decided to buy another unit. The Mantech team is spectacular - they are skilled, professional and very knowledgable. I’ve learned so much from the engineers, that I was actually able to do some of the maintenance/fixes myself. I highly recommend Mantech not only for their amazing machines, but also for the service they provide.

I have contacted the team at Mantech to get a laser tube and some other spares for our machine. as the tube was big and fragile I had to go in person to collect it. I found a great team of specialists which helped with everything from the morning coffee to advice, samples and loading. The laser tube was installed and back into production same-day. Big thanks and congratulations for such a great team.

Great delivery, great communications, and training pitched at the right level - we had beginner, experienced and IT department all trained in the relevant areas on our new laser cutter, and all of us felt we learned what we needed to, and weren't baffled by stuff we could not understand.
