A great place to have Lap too and tech repair. My Mac book pro speaker started vibrating which meant I couldn’t use Video calls- so difficult. Repaired by Appletec, such nice people and works perfectly again now 👍😀

I was fortunate enough to learn of Jason and Appletec through a local advertisement and booked him for a 2hr site visit to transfer data from an aged Mac to 2017 iMac and trouble shoot email / icloud password issues. appletec and the Team are nothing short of AMAZING! I have had the pleasure of them as my technical support contractors since 2008! Not only are they excellent at their jobs and can fix anything and everything in what seems like no time at all; always going above and beyond, they are also very relaxed and make light of what can be sometimes stressful situations whilst remaining focused and professional as technology seems to fail you with your impending deadlines - then it's all back going again in a jiffy! Jason, Sue and Rob can always make me laugh at the drop of a hat and knowing they have my back is very reassuring! Appletec have come to my rescue twice during working from home in lockdown, firstly with viruses on my computer (I had 35 apparently!) then when I locked myself out of my emails. Appletec are quick and efficient, they're support team are all one phone call or one email away from helping resolve a problem.

I sent my Macbook Pro in for repair on a monday and received it back on Wednesday fully repaired, I also sent an iMac in for repair and received it back two days later working better than before.

They always try and troubleshoot the problem before asking to send your device in for repair. Would recommend them to my friends and family.
