I have found my experience with connexus a breeze. From the beginning of the process to signing up for a property has been made easy due to the help from the team who were all very polite, understanding and providing all of the help and advice I needed. The property itself is newly decorated, clean and perfect to move straight into. Overall I couldn't have asked for more from the team and much appreciate thier input .

Firstly Thankyou so much to Connexus for accepting my brother and sister in law onto their housing scheme, a very special thanks to Declan who was so very supportive and whom initially after applying for a different flat sent us information on the one that they have been accepted for.
Both Declan and Lorraine have been nothing short of helpful, informative and very understanding to deal with and we feel so grateful.
We look forward to having a great tenancy and a new life in Herefordshire.

Just made a phonecall to connexus reference a blocked sink in my bathroom baring in mind I have 3 children and I'm told my the lady use my kitchen sink because that's what she had to do , very unprofessional in my opinion

Highest social rent around and worst service. We are looking to get out after yet another rent increase this year.
We work hard and pay our way but feel let down by connexus who seem to favour non workers on benefits.
Had trouble with noisy neighbours and basically told to sort it out ourselves.
Rent wise other associations are 20% lower rent for equivalent size properties in the area.
Abysmal storage heaters fitted in place of a back boiler means it's financially impossible to heat the house in the winter, all requests for cheaper to run heating are ignored, other associations have installed ground source to help their tenants.
To sum up, we are stuck paying private rent prices for a cold damp house and we get shot down if we complain.
If it weren't for our work being in the area we'd be gone tomorrow.......
Edit.... A few months later I found a wonderful job in Cornwall and got away from connexus 😄

This is the most fabulous housing association I have seen. They were spontaneous and helpful all the way. I was worried and thought I would be homeless until they came for my rescue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Declan Love-Mail for his help in finding my new home in Shropshire. After I applied for a home on an Independent Living scheme in South Shropshire, Declan spent time on the phone with me checking that my choice was the correct one for me and that I also met their criteria.

I am pleased to say I move in early July with my mini Dachshund Daisy and know I am going to be very happy in my new location.
