New one in old one off to data recovery

My MSI did not boot up
dis tutorials from YT
took it to bits the night before
removed ram and HD
re seated both still no Luck

I wanted to learn how to pick PC parts and eventually build my own gaming and productivity PC for graphics-heavy games and physics simulations in Blender, but didn't know where to start. Chris guided me through the whole process, recommending resources I could use for research, helping me learn the terminology and offering to purchase the parts if he could get a better price from his suppliers. I asked a lot of questions, all of which were answered in great detail. When I was was ready to build, I asked if Chris could look over my shoulder - I was terrified of damaging the components and have zero experience with anything hardware-related, but with Chris' help, I was able to learn the process and complete the build. The owner is very generous with his time and provided invaluable assistance throughout the 6 hours I spent in the store putting the PC together (I'm not the fastest of learners and evidently Chris is very patient xD) Very highly recommend.

Laptop wasn’t charging and started to smoke at the charging port. I thought it was the battery, but before buying a new one I took it in to Completely PC to take a look. Within an hour Chris had managed to get it working again, along with a clean of the board which was quite dusty. It was the charging port that was faulty rather than the battery, so it saved me forking out for a new one, and the laptop has an alternative USB-C port that we could use to charge. Very satisfied with the technical service.
