Not only is the software invaluable, but the Care Control team are incredibly supportive.
During our setting up period, we were supported with installation and hardware requirements, and the training is in-depth, home-specific and got us eager to use the system.
The software is easy to use and I cannot stress the value of staff being able to view live information without having to go back to the office. It's also very useful to be able to see which tasks have been completed and which are still to be done.
The Alert system is fantastic. As management, it's very helpful to be aware of incidents that occur within the home while I'm not there!

Care Control's system is easily accessible and loved by all our staff. As someone who knows a little about technology it was interesting to see how colleagues would find the system and how many questions I may be asked (as a 22 year old!) but was pleasantly surprised to find how easy the system was to use when it became accessible at our home. Coupled with the system and amazing training exercises, the preloaded android phones bring a "purpose-built" feel to the experience. I have always been a patriot of paper systems or "the good old fashioned way" but am happy to report that Care Control has bought an easy transition onto an electric system and has made me favour it in most aspects. Our company has been using this system for about a year, i find it really simple and quick to use. I can access all of my clients notes in one place really easily, which is great if i am running from one house to the next. I like that we arent using loads of paper at the office, everythings kept organised and I can even use it on my phone if the wifi at the office is down.
