Following a competitive selection process, we hired CoreBlue to write a Mobile App and two Webapps for the UK Cruising Association.
The Apps were all delivered on time to the agreed budget (one App was on an accelerated timeline at our request, which CoreBlue met). The mobile App won an industry award.
Since the release, CoreBlue have continued to maintain and enhance the Apps though an annual maintenance contract we have with them.

I hired CoreBlue to develop/enhance a cross platform mobile app based upon an existing app that I had personally developed, which offered a good prototype for the next iteration.

My experience fell very far short of what I was expecting, both in terms of sticking to the budget set out at the beginning, delivering the product on time and project managing the process.

I was surprised by the costing model employed for time and materials and the time it took to develop what I would consider quite standard features such as log in screens.

On the flip side, the coding quality from the engineers was good and the infrastructure setup was of a good standard, as was there help to port the app to my own tech stack.
