As the owner of a minicab company of 15 years i can only advise people in the trade to never sign a contract with this company. To make your living from the taxi trade and happily contribute to the demise of such companies speaks volumes to their business morals. You should also know that once your business has been dissolved, this company will use all their legal might to drive your personal financial life into the ground. To put this into context, I can swear on the bible, or on my families lives that I personally have never, ever logged into iCabbie. That fact and the financial pressures that saw so many taxi companies fall during the Covid-19 pandemic have no meaning to this company. You will be expected to continue paying for a dispatch system and driver apps that you cannot use for any reason whatsoever. Failure to do so will, and in my case has lead to legal action.
