Dangerous projector installation.
8.5 years ago we had a projector installed by this company, and 3 weeks ago it fell out of the ceiling, narrowly missing the head of our daughter. It was fixed with thread insert screws into plasterboard, not nearly sufficient for the weight and size of the project (photos attached) and not attached to any joist or plasterboard stud.
Reporting this to them, I received the casual response that it must have been hit by a toy during a playdate, and that it having been installed 8.5y shows it was installed correctly. Installations shouldn't be expected to just fall out after a certain length of time. This is gross negligence and I'm posting this review purely to warn others as a matter of safety.

We had been planning a cinema room with Media wall for a while, but we’re unsure where to start. Lee came round and was very knowledgeable about the best way to set up a full Atmos cinema room. We explained that we were working on a budget and they managed to install some ceiling speakers that complimented the room nicely. This was paired with the sound bar and the Denon amplifier to work with our 85 inch TV. From discussing our requirements to demonstrating the finished installation Lee was very helpful and professional throughout. We now use our cinema room more than any other room in the house. We like movie nights and the kids have their friends round for gaming. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. We could have spent a lot of money getting it wrong!! An absolute Stellar team!

We have used the DWS team for many years now for internet installation and problem solving, alarm system, tv and CCTV installations and we have always received a great service. Firstly, a and a rare thing these days, if they say they are going to come they actually do and If they are going to be late they tell you. Reliability is spot on and any problems no matter how small are attended to. Louis is great for advice and is great at explaining things simply for those of us a bit less techie. These guys know what they are doing, pricing seems fair and they have always worked efficiently and safe in our home. They are totally trustworthy and we have no issue with leaving them in our home to get on with it when we are not there. I would recommend Louis and his team to my friends and family.
