We instructed SearchFlex to help with our SEO as we identified Google as our main source of getting found online within our industry. During our first meeting it was clear Jack the director had a lot of experience, knowledge and know how when it came to SEO - he ran through everything with us. Our site content, user experience, site speed, keywords and current rankings.

We made a strategy on how we would improve on all of the above and set timings and stages to implement them. Jack understood I had a lot on my plate doing day to day business duties so he made each stage more than manageable! He set up tracking on our website, so we could see all of the results in Google’s Search Console and Analytics so we could review the results week by week and now month by month.

Working with Google and improving our search rankings is not something that happens overnight and after 2-3 months we started to see the results! Now after 12 months, the results are excellent! Visitors to the website are up massively has resulted in more sales. We shifted our focus to high value items and the business turnover has increased because of this!

We’re very happy with the service provided by Jack at SearchFlex and would not hesitate to recommend him. We look forward to continuing our relationship going forward!
