Called in to Jaymic for a bit of advice and a quote after the father in law had a mishap with my Mercedes. The advice was appreciated and the quote was reasonable so I decided to let Jaymic do the work and was glad I did. The pushed back front end corrected, scratch and dent gone and car back to showroom finish. Cheers guys, I’ll hopefully not need any more bodywork repairs but if I do, I’ll confidently leave my car in your hands.🥇

I would absolutely recommend this company. I had some bodywork done on my Subaru following an accident. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They dealt with the insurance company so the whole process went through very smoothly. The car looks like new and I consider myself lucky to have found such a brilliant garage. The photos don’t do justice to the fantastic job they made of the very sorry looking mess they repaired for me

Excellent Company to deal with! First Class Service!
Driving to Cromer for a long weekend, a warning light came on indicating a problem with my tyre?
I found Jaymic online and phoned ahead to see if they could assist?
Lovely chat with Kieran who said if I arrived at 2, they could help!

Arrived at 2, replacement tyre fitted,all sorted in less than an hour.
Was very impressed with the company, staff, attention to detail. Highly recommend this service!

Recently bought my first car and took it for an early MOT at Jaymic to make sure it was all good, turned out that it needed new coil springs, new tire and most recently a new lambda sensor. The staff were so lovely, Kieran on reception is always a pleasure. They always manage to fit me in for repairs the same week and so far I’ve been back on the roads the same day I took the car in, couldn’t recommend enough!

I phoned Jaymic Workshop, and the phone was answered by a lady; who introduced herself as Tina, a very polite, and well mannered lady - to book my car in for a diagnosis of a grinding sound - that was coming from the frontal area of my car - Tina kindly gave me the date and time to drop the car off, of which i did, and with-in a very short time, i was contacted by Kieran, a very knowledgeable Manager and Technician, who gave me the diagnosis of a worn nearside wheelhub that needed replacing. Parts were ordered, fitted, and the car was back on the road the following day. Jaymic Workshop is excellence in Auto knowledge - personified by Tina, Kieran, and the whole team of Auto Technicians. I highly recommend Jaymic Workshop on Norwich road Cromer, for all your vehicle servicing, niggles, bumps and squeaks!. Highly professional, at more than comparable costs.
