I went in asking if they could help me fix the front screen of my galaxy z flip 5 as the front screen was cracked and not working.

Not only did this guy call up a repair technician and get a decent quote (£200) but he also called up the technician again to hold the part as we ran into an emergency at home.

Really friendly and helpful staff, they definitely deserve 5 stars 👍👍👍

I have just bought a new phone from Digital Phone Co, Cromer. For someone who changes their smartphone once every eight years, this was a very positive experience. The personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and there is a genuine sense of being treated very much as an individual. Before I left, Mark kindly set the phone up. During this time he dealt brilliantly with a customer needing help with operating their new phone. From my experience I have to give 5 stars to this shop. Thank you, Mark!
