No follow up and lack of communication. Having been through three different architectural professional in this office, due to change of personnel, I have been left with very little support, unfinished work, lack of responses and overall lack of professionalism. A clear lack of handover and lack of customer care. They have been ignoring not just me, but other professionals that were contacting them on my behalf to get clarification on the project.
