Amazing service and good products. My Dell XPS arrived on time , it was graded as good and when I first opened the box and started to use I thought it was excellent.

If you are in the market for a refurbished laptop, these are your guys. I have no hesitation in recommending Tech Saver.

I recently purchased a laptop from The Tech Saver and had it delivered abroad.

I have to say I was impressed with the level of service I received. The website was easy to navigate, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The purchasing process was smooth, my laptop arrived in excellent condition the NEXT DAY. I was also pleased with the quality of the laptop itself. Overall, I would highly recommend Tech Saver to anyone looking to purchase a laptop.

Bought a computer power supply from their e-bay shop, 22nd December 2023.
It was described 'New - Opened' and listed as containing all the cables - I actually selected their listing over other, cheaper options because I required the cables and most others were truthful in stating they were being sold without cables.

It arrived; 1. Not in the manufacturers box, just some other (dirty) carboard box. 2. Missing all of the assessories, none of the cables listed were in the box. All 8 were missing.

The listing said it was unused, I can't prove it was but it was clearly not 'New - Opened'

The seller agreed to a partial refund for the missing cables. Which was agreeable. But then a month a some days later, the Power supply stopped working completely. It is now faulty after only a few days of being used. I was surprised, thought the cause was other parts, I even purchased a new motherboard to replace what I thought was a faulty one, but it turned out to be the power supply.

I tried to start a return on eBay and they closed it without any action because, 'there is no warranty'.

Any normal person would expect a 'New - Unopened' computer power supply to last longer than ~40 days. But not 'The Tech Saver'. Which is a shame, they could have had themselves a loyal customer.

Fortunately there are laws to protect consumers when an item is "faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to."

I recently purchased a laptop from the tech saver and I am extremely satisfied. The selection is impressive, the purchasing process is easy and secure, and the quality of the laptop itself is top-notch. I highly recommend for anyone in the market for a new laptop.

I have been purchasing laptops from Tech Saver for over a year now, I have purchased around 30 in total ranging from lower spec re cons to be used as loan laptops to our students to high end new laptops. When we went into lockdown I was desperate for a number of new laptops for my staff so we could go to online teaching quickly. Dan was really helpful he was one of the only companies who had laptops at that time and was really efficient meeting our needs. Without the laptops we would have found ourselves way behind with our online offer, in fact we would have lost a huge amount of income.

I would recommend Dan and Tech Saver we have had absolutely no e issues at all and the service is always spot on going over and above to meet our needs.
