Having dealt with both the Mortgage and Insurance departments at Fenton Simpson, I can strongly recommend both!
Firstly, Catherine and Olivia from the Mortgage advisor team were brilliant from start to finish - the entire process of applying for the mortgage was completely painless. They found us excellent rates, had invaluable market knowledge, and ran us through multiple options. They were always extremely responsive, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
Secondly, Will from the Protection/Insurance team was also excellent. He was detailed and thorough in his explanation and took us through all the different options available. There's no hard sell, he really just wanted to find the right product at the right price for us. It would have taken me weeks to research what he was able to relay in a couple of short phone calls.
Working with Fenton Simpson saved us tonnes of time and stress, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Our experience has been absolutely brilliant with Will Smith, our life insurance 'guy'. So friendly, pro-active, patient, happy to answer any questions we have and break things down into simple chunks to understand. We have just bought our first home and wanted to get life insurance cover, but had no clue what it really included. Will talked us through it all and we feel really happy with the package we managed to set up. Will dealt with some very personal details of ours regarding health and personal traumas so well. Speaking over the phone always makes us smile because he just radiates positivity even when Subject matter can be quite dark!
