Zoom Films are fantastic Team to work with. Very adaptable, and extremely patient as the day went on, There was a lot of filming, and for me sticking to a script, as I got tired. Ezio broke the filming down in small bites asking the right questions to prompt me for a more natural conversation rather than hard script. Ezio worked with us and our Software service provider to complete 3 x separate Films. The Zoomfilms team were an absolute dream to work with. They were accommodating, thorough, attentive and stayed until the job was done to the very highest of standards. Ezio worked with us to produce a film for customers who needed help when checking on online for their flights. After I put together the framework, Ezio took over and wrote the script, designed the graphics and visited our offices to record the script with one of my team. Every aspect of the production, from suggestions for edits, to coaching my team member on how she read the script was outstanding. Our instructional film, on YouTube, has had over 10k views and reduced the number of calls and email queries from our customers dramatically.
