Although my wife runs a small business, our printing needs are not large. But despite the size of our occasional orders, we are always treated as if we are important customers. In short, exemplary customer service. We popped in late Friday pm to collect some printed material and left with a new Brother printer. These printers are so reliable and our old one is only just ageing after a good ten years of use. Nick gave us his time, advice and a follow up e.mail regarding registration. Many thanks.

I recently swapped our printer service to Newmans, they selected the perfect printer for us, our printing volumes are quite low. They expertly install said machine and took the old one away, and helped installing it on all our machines so everyone could use it. I met Helen from Newman at a business networking and found out about their printer options. So when I needed a printer she was the obvious choice to call.

They were really helpful to me as a startup and offered me a top quality printer/scanner on a quarterly rental. An engineer came to the premises to set it up and it has worked brilliantly.
