I had used Angels Business solutions for almost 4 years. During this time there were many times deadlines were missed, things not done that should have been, and costly late filing penalties. Angela is very difficult to reach, she often won’t respond to emails, phone calls and text messages leaving you as a client in the dark about what is actually going on. The service given is simply not good enough. Additionally after deciding to move my business to an established accounting firm Angela has failed to provide my new accountants with everything they need to proceed with managing my affairs. There have been countless phone calls, emails and messages from both myself and the new accountants. Angela said she would get it all over to them but it has been 8 weeks now and still nothing causing unnecessary delay and aggrevation. Emails, calls and messages are just being ignored with no response at all. This is another example of the lacking professionalism. I would certainly NOT recommend!

Haven’t been able to get hold of her for over a month so had to change accountants. But she seems to be still posting on her Facebook post.
A simple email stating she can’t or doesn’t have capacity to keep me on as a client would have been nice. I have been using her for 4/5 years.

I always found Angela to be helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my queries and giving excellent advice on how to promote my business. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Completely gone awol similar to previous reviews. Monthly fees are extortionate for the service provided. Always late and never respond. Please avoid. Currently complaint sent to HMRC and ICAEW.
