Despatch Cloud has significantly improved our order processing! Kane was extremely thorough in understanding our business needs and the goals I wanted to achieve. He facilitated the integration with one of our Dangerous Goods Carriers, which has greatly accelerated our booking process.

A special mention to Arda, who handled our onboarding. His deep knowledge of the system and clear explanations made everything easy to grasp. He also implemented a custom integration, enabling us to track unpaid orders.

The aftercare support has been outstanding, and I highly recommend!

1 month in & so far, Despatch Cloud is fantastic, very scalable & I'm already thinking what I can do with it in the future 🙂 Arda has been extremely helpful & very patient (without him I think I would have given up by now... we have a huge number of SKUs and a very intricate/complex group of systems). Without the help of Arda I would have stayed with my existing provider, Only after I accidentally had a meeting with him did problems start to get fixed, was meant to have been live 1st December but due to the lack of support from other on boarders and sales team things moved a snail pace, once ARDA stepped in things started to move rapidly in the right direction. IF YOU SIGN UP MAKE SURE ARDA DOES THE ONBOARDING OUR YOU MAY BE LEFT FEELING LIKE A SITTING DUCK.

I have used Despatch Cloud for 4 years now, processing circa 25k orders per year from our Shopify store. The latest version of the system (V3) is pretty faultless, works well and does everything I need. Adam Rigsby provides top notch support, is always available for quick fixes and has helped streamline the system for us to make it more user friendly and save us a lot of time. He is a real credit to the company and I can honestly say gives the best support I have ever had out of any software provider. Would recommend.
