I have had the task of setting up a print management contract for a Multi Academy Trust. Having approached several different companies, it was finally agreed to work with Arena Group. Not only did they offer a cost-effective solution, but the customer service throughout has been excellent. Carl Ewen, Sales Account Manager made sure that every question was answer clearly and in an easy to understand way. A demonstration was set up for all relevant staff to get hands on experience of the equipment before any final decisions were made and the project manager is now liaising closely with key staff to make sure everything is set up as required. I would have no hesitation to recommend Arena Group to other schools and colleges. Thank you!

We have worked closely with Arena for a number of years. We initially used their mStore solution for document management and were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge that when it was time to look at updating our scan and print solution they were the obvious choice.

The removal of old equipment and installation and configuration of the new was handled very smoothly with sensible time-frames agreed beforehand and Arena staff checking at every stage to ensure that the project was moving to plan.

As a contrast after using other managed print companies, Arena started by pointing out what we didn't need to purchase as they identified functions of our previous system that could be covered by the PaperCut solution they were implementing at no extra cost.

I have worked with Arena for a number of years and they still never fail to deliver the results I need.

Over the years I have used Arena. Engineers have been on site that have now gone to second line support and even a director.

It's this level of investment with their people that gives a knowledgeable, rounded approach to my print needs from the sales person through to the man on the ground fixing my copier.

I have put Arena forwards to colleagues for their print and copy needs and I would advise anyone to look at what Arena offers to their clients.

Arena have never sold me a copier or a printer. They have provided me with an answer.

Avoid at all costs. We were a loyal customer for many years and discovered we were being charged through the nose, even paying a lease we were told had been settled. Put our issues to them and they just came back with another quote that was a total rip off disguising hidden costs. In the end we ordered new copiers from another company, breath of fresh air. Arena are now going through the T&C's stinging us for every last penny they can. You would think they would drop the service contract after acknowledging they have been billing us for a non existent machine since 2014!
