Sibit are beyond superb. My laptop died, they checked and confirmed a RIP fault. I got a quote for replacement the same day and my new laptop 2 days later. I run a cycle coaching business and can confirm that no kids lost out on learning to ride due to IT downtime. Si and Caitlin were both amazing. I'm not the best with IT. They made it easy. Used Sibit for my last laptop too. Would not go anywhere else.

Cannot praise this shop and Simon enough! My laptop crashed and there was no hope in reviving it or even saving what little data I could. Was recommended to this shop & Simon by a local and I am ever so grateful. Not only did he bring my computer back to life (which is probably many years past its life span to be honest) but was able to save ALL data files plus make my laptop lightening fast. AND all at a more than reasonable cost. Polite, professional, funny and friendly. Thank You SIBIT and Thank You Simon! Will be bringing all future IT business to SIBIT and recommending them highly to anyone who is in need of any IT work.

Honest the best place you can take your computers/laptops to, and they also sell some amazing machines themselves at great prices. Simon is a genius, friendly, and understanding with huge knowledge. Can't recommend highly enough
