Was told by a different repair shop that the motherboard on my laptop was done for and would be near £500 to replace. Tech trolley got it fixed and all the drivers updated for not even half of the price.

Great communication from them about the repair progress and helpful friendly staff. Will definitely use for my PC build.

I have just recently used tech trolley in Blackwater and well what an absolute shambles.
I took in an elite series 2 Xbox controller with a temperamental RB button, I was quoted £60 which was fine but from there is was a bad experience.

After a few days I went in to get my controller back to find that it hadn’t been repaired and not tested so basically I gave them £60 for nothing. After going back they took it for a few more days and when I collected it looked like it had been kicked around so bad the front casing now needed replacing, so they took it back in again.

After collecting for the third time the “new” casing wasn’t fitted correctly, was cracked and had a huge scratch between the buttons. When I went back again I was offered a “new” controller which when I got it wasn’t new and was in fact in worse condition than my current one.

After giving my controller for what I was told was an easy fix I have been left with a controller that looks like I’ve thrown it against the wall and glued it back together.

I will never be using them again and I suggest everyone stays well away!
